D-Crow and L-Crow, Ya Know?

Workshops are fun. Workshops where you get to hang out with your friends are fun. Workshops where you get to hang out with your fun friends from Tasmania are the best. The Quilted Crow Girls, Deirdre and Leonie, are coming to teach a workshop and present a trunk show Monday May 12!

The Crow Girls are known for their creative wool-on-cotton appliqué and have multiple books, patterns, and are now introducing their first line of fabric with Marcus Brothers. You might also recognize the name from a previous post about the fabulous red and green antique quilt, The Cousin’s Walk, turned block of the month that we’re doing at the Moose. The Crows are bringing The Cousin’s Walk with them, so you’ll have a chance to see this antique beauty in person!

Aunt Betina's ParlourThe workshop will be a full-day workshop at Minglewood Lodge for $65 including lunch. You will be working on a new Quilted Crow pattern called Aunt Betina’s Parlour. Project kits will be available featuring lovely wools from Blackberry Primitives.

The trunk show and book signing will be Monday evening at 6:30 pm at Minglewood Lodge and will be $10.

Call us today and we’ll get you set up!
