Today, I started making my Quilt Market wish list. Market starts on Friday with the Schoolhouse Series and then the show floor, with all the vendors, opens on Saturday morning. It’s hard to believe that fall Quilt Market is here already. I have been mentally keeping a list; but, I decided I needed to put pencil to paper when that list got longer than three items, lol. That little notebook is getting fuller as the girls in the shop are also adding their requests to it! As always, I will be looking for unique ideas to bring back to the shop from Quilt Market. I am getting excited for the experience and the opportunity to visit with the quilty friends I haven’t seen in a while. I also plan to stay a couple of days after Market ends to experience Quilt Festival. Gosh, how much space do I have in my luggage? I may need to send some clothes home with Mr. Moose.
Can you believe that we are half way through the MODA Be My Neighbor Quilt Sampler with today’s block? I love the fabric that Linda used to symbolize her flag flying in the wind. Her ‘build’ is coming together so beautifully. How are you doing with your plans and the construction of your neighborhood?
Won’t you be my neighbor?
