Beginner's Piecing Quilt Class - Spring 2026
Beginner's Piecing Quilt Class
This is a 2 session class lasting 3.5 hours each. Class will cover beginning quilt making, including rotary cutting and machine stitching. You will make a small table runner, learning quilting terms and basic blocks (half-square triangles, flying geese, 4-patches) sashings, borders and simple machine quilting.
March 5 and 12, 2026 9am-12:30
Class requirements will be given at time of registration.
Space is reserved on a first come first served basis.
Class fees are due when registering over the phone or in person.
Please register as soon as possible to ensure your place in a class and you won’t be disappointed. We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not have minimum enrollment. If we cancel, you will receive a refund. If you cannot attend a class you've registered for, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the first session to receive a refund.

| Skill Details: | This class will start with the basics of quilt making and is suitable for any level. A good working knowledge of your sewing machine is a must. |
| Requirements: | Sewing machine in good working order. A list of additional class requirements will be given at time of registration. |

| Instructor Bio: | Chris began sewing as a child and made her first quilt in 1980. The entire quilting process, from selecting the fabrics to stitching on the binding brings her joy. Chris says...when you love something, you want others to find happiness in that hobby as well. Chris likes to have fun teaching her classes and knows you will have fun learning the quilting process too! |
