What is a Block of the Month?

A Block of the Month quilt program may also be referred to as a "BOM". This program is a subscription based program that the customer, in advance, agrees to be charged monthly for their BOM kit; which generally includes our fabric selection, monthly block patterns, and templates (if required). When you sign up for the BOM program, we will ask if you will pick up in-store or mail-order. When you sign up for a BOM mail-order, you're enrolling yourself into an auto-ship program. We will use the provided credit card information provided when you enrolled into the program. 

How can your benefit from a BOM?
There are many benefits to participating in a Block of the Month Program. Blocks
 are released on a regular monthly schedule, not all a one time. This allows for piecing at your leisure, giving you time without feeling overwhelmed in constructing the selected block. Your participation allows you to learn a new technique, challenge yourself on different blocks, and/or  fabrics that you wouldn't normally choose.  Remember stitching your project should be fun, fulfilling, and even stress relieving! 

How do I sign up for our BOM Program?

Many Block of the Month programs are designed exclusively for those who choose to participate in the full program. Most of the BOMs are limited in space and fill up quickly. When registering for a BOM, you agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. You recognize that program is a commitment between the consumer and vendor; therefore cancellations will not be permitted as this is a full 6-month, 9-month or 12-month program. The $20.00 registration fee also tells us that you are invested in the program. It allows us to offer you the monthly installments at a reasonable monthly fee without a huge lump-sum amount at the end of the program for the finishing kit. Product returns are not accepted for any BOM. We reserve the right to increase costs due to unforeseen carrier rate increases.


  • If they have a change of address or credit card update please contact the Shop either by email or phone (402)332-4178 and let us know about the change so you can be guaranteed to continue receiving the monthly blocks.
  • To consolidate shipping charges, we are happy to add any additional items to your shipments from the website, S&H will be adjusted accordingly.
